Jim Cossitt will speak on three panels. On Thursday, January 8, he will speak on the topic of “Case Law Update: Consumer Law.” On Friday, January, 9, he will speak on a panel titled “Making Reorganization Work for Small Businesses and High Net Worth Individuals – Chapter 13 v. Chapter 11 v. Chapter 7.” Jim Cossitt will make his final presentation on Saturday, January 10, on a panel titled: “Gazing Into The Crystal Ball: What Areas Should Bankruptcy Professionals Be Looking Toward for Business?”
