Jim Cossitt is slated to be a featured speaker at the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney’s 25th Annual Convention in Orlando, FL.
Jim will speak at two separate sessions on Saturday, May 6. He will serve with two judges on a panel discussing the topic of consumer bankruptcy ethics and also speak at a session addressing the legal and ethical duties of reaffirmation agreements. The session will cover many of the current issues related to the reaffirmation process, including an overview of the cases and practical advice related to vehicle, vehicle lease and mortgage reaffirmations, as well as reaffirmation alternatives.
Jim Cossitt is a regular speaker at this annual conference and is highly regarded for his expertise in consumer bankruptcy and bankruptcy ethics.
NACBA’s Annual National convention is the largest gathering of consumer bankruptcy attorneys in the country and features four days of educational sessions presented by the nation’s most accomplished attorneys, judges, trustees and other legal industry leaders. The Conference will be held May 4 – May 7, 2017, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
