Kalispell, MT, 18 October 2017— Jim Cossitt is slated to be a featured speaker at the 2017 All Iowa Bankruptcy Conference, jointly presented by the Iowa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s (IAFBA) 36th Annual Bankruptcy Conference and Bankruptcy Seminar’s Inc. (BSI) 47th Annual Barbara Everly Bankruptcy Seminar.
The Iowa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Bankruptcy Seminars, Inc. will be jointly presenting their respective annual bankruptcy conferences on Thursday and Friday, November 2 and 3, 2017 at the Des Moines Downtown Marriott Hotel, in Downtown Des Moines, Iowa. This year’s lineup includes nine Bankruptcy Judges speaking on the latest topics of interest to all consumer, business, debtor and creditor bankruptcy practitioners.
Jim Cossitt will serve on a panel discussing the topic of consumer bankruptcy ethics. The session will cover many of the current issues related to the reaffirmation process, including an overview of the cases and practical advice related to vehicle, vehicle lease and mortgage reaffirmations, as well as reaffirmation alternatives.
Jim Cossitt is a regular speaker at this annual conference and is highly regarded for his expertise in consumer bankruptcy and bankruptcy ethics.
