Jim Cossitt is slated to be a featured speaker at the The 39th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar, a memorial CLE (Continuing Law Education) program honoring the lifetime achievements of the late Judge Alexander L. Paskay. The Seminar features prominent regional and national speakers, joined by bankruptcy judges, who will discuss both commercial and consumer bankruptcy issues.
Jim Cossitt will lead a debate on Friday, March 6, 2015, 8:45 – 10:15 a.m., on the topic of “Unbundling the Sticks: Can Debtor Counsel Limit Scope of Representation?”
The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. The 39th Annual Seminar will be held March 5 – 7, 2015 in Tampa, Florida.
