Jim has become Of Counsel to Lundberg Law Offices, PLLC (LLO) in Missoula to provide broader and more cost effective support for and service to his clients in northwest Montana. Most, if not all, of the debtor bankruptcy cases are handled through this law firm, under the direct supervision of Jessie Lundberg and with oversight by Jim, as needed given the issues involved and complexity of the case. In addition,  Ms. Lundberg handles all of the creditor meetings, which occur in Missoula.

Ag and Business Legal Strategies

Jim is Of Counsel to his Iowa friend, Joseph Peiffer and his firm, Ag and Business Legal Strategies (ABLS). Jim and Joe have worked together (or adverse to each other) on numerous cases and professional matters (American Bankruptcy Institute and American Board of Certification) for over 30 years.  The specialized nature of Joe’s practice, focusing on ag and business insolvency, reorganization and financial / legal matters was a superb fit with Jim’s background from his Iowa practice years from 1986-1995 and his time with the FDIC.

Jim works with ABLS on specialized projects or client problems, normally from Montana but is also on site in the Cedar Rapids office from time to time.  Jim remains fully licensed to practice law in Iowa.
